The Airport is conveniently located near Blackpool's South Shore and is
easily accessible from the M55 motorway.
Directions
- At the end of the M55 motorway follow the left hand filter lane at the roundabout.
- Follow the road for approximately 2 miles, crossing 1 roundabout and 4 sets of traffic lights.
- Continue on the main road, please watch your speed as it varies and there are active speed camera.
- After the 4th set of lights, Morrison's supermarket will be visible on your left and Westair Hangars are almost next door, easily recognisable by the blue and white signage on the front of the building.
- Continue on to the next set of traffic lights turning left into the Airport entrance.
- The road doubles back to the left, past the "Air Balloon" Wacky Warehouse Pub.
- Follow the road with the street railings on your left.
- As the road turns right, follow the road going straight ahead, signed for Westair and 'Long Stay' Parking, into the entrance for the long stay car park.
- At the barrier, push the lit button and take a ticket, retaining it carefully, as we will be able to validate it so that you will not incur the daily parking charges.
- Continue straight on, parking in a convenient space within the public parking area.
- Proceed into Westair, where you will be most welcome.
