CAMO Approval

engineering_flapsOur recent approval as a CAMO enables us to complete ARC renewals and issues.

Careful and thorough record keeping is essential nowadays and the best way to ensure this is to have your aircraft maintained on a constant basis by a CAMO such as Westair. This ensures that records and bulletins are monitored and reviewed on a regular basis making ARC renewals a simples and inexpensive matter.

What exactly is an ARC?

The New Airworthiness Review Certificate is designed to ensure that all aircraft have a “life history,” a traceability for all AD`s, mandatory Service Bulletins, Minor and Major modifications. It is also to verify the servicing has been carried out in accordance with EASA & FAA regulations.

Basically all aircraft, to be legally issued an ARC, must have complete and concise traceability carried out by either a Part M approved company such as Westair, or surveyed by the CAA.

What are the costs involved?

At Westair, we can issue Initial Airworthiness Review Certificates at highly competitive prices. We also offer a complete Airworthiness Management Contract Package.

We will ensure your aircraft log books, Service Bulletins, Airworthiness Directives and all associated records are maintained to EASA requirements, which allows us to re-issue ARC`s instantaneously, saving you a great deal of hassle, time and the expensive costs of having an initial ARC every year. Payment for this service can be spread evenly over 12 months. Monthly contracts for ARC renewals start from only £40 per month +VAT.
